Nova Financial Terminal

Institutional research,
without the institutional price.

141 brings company fundamentals, standardized financial statements, regulatory filings, institutional ownership and earnings transcripts into a single workspace, with more than sixty worked sections on every company.

Private beta · onboarding in batches
01Company profile

A complete company workspace, organized the way analysts work.

Ten navigation groups cover overviews and entity structure, charts, news and filings, prices, ownership, financials, estimates, credit analysis, sector intelligence, and management. Each section is a worked view rather than a summary tile, so an analysis can be completed without leaving the company record.

Groups: Overviews · Charts · News, Research & Filings · Prices · Ownership · Financials · Estimates · Credit Analysis · Sector Intelligence · Management & Insiders

02Financials

Standardized statements with up to twenty-five periods of history.

The full statement set is available on every covered company: key items, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, use of cash, segment history, ratio analysis, reported shares analysis and dividend history. Statements can be presented as reported under GAAP or IFRS, or switched to supplemental, growth and common-size views, in annual or quarterly periodicity and in the currency of your choice.

Line items expand to their components. Any item can be charted in place, and computed values disclose the formula and provenance behind them, so a derived figure can be audited rather than taken on trust. Ratio analysis covers profitability, DuPont decomposition, liquidity, leverage and valuation. Any view exports for use in your own model.

Presentations: GAAP/IFRS · Supplemental · Growth · Common size
Controls: Annual and quarterly · Up to 25 periods · Currency selection · Restated figures · Expand and collapse · Export
Financials · Balance sheet, common size, ratio analysis
03Filings & documents

Regulatory filings, searchable and workable in place.

Filings are organized by category — annual, quarterly and current reports, proxy and governance, transcripts and slides, ownership, registration and exhibits — with keyword search and filtering across the set, and the option to include subsidiaries. Documents open inside the workspace with outline navigation, highlighting, notes, table extraction, export, and shared access for colleagues.

04Ownership

Institutional ownership, from issuer to holder and back.

Twenty quarters of position history across approximately fifty-six million holder records. Review the holder base for an issuer, select any holder to examine their complete portfolio, then move to any issuer within it. Active and passive composition, analysis by investor type, holder type analysis, activism profiles and contact records are included, together with position history for any holder and issuer pair.

Reports: Company summary · Ownership activity · Holder type analysis · Comprehensive detail · Historical analysis · Peer analysis · Debt summary · Activist profile · Contact info
Ownership · statistics, institutions, holder detail
05People

Executives, directors and insiders as structured records.

Employment and board history with tenure, insider holdings and transaction history, and the connections between individuals across the companies they serve. Sell-side analysts and their firms are held in the same structure, so coverage relationships and the people behind them are available from the same directory.

Includes: Personal information · Employment history · Board history · Insider holdings · Top holdings · Connections · Company people directory · Analyst and firm directory

06Earnings

Earnings calls with sentiment and analyst attribution.

Transcripts present sentiment inline and can be filtered to positive or negative passages, so the tone of a call can be assessed without reading it in full. Segment timestamps link to the source document and the webcast replay. Participants are indexed individually and analyst questions are attributed, which allows a single analyst's line of questioning to be followed across reporting periods.

Includes: Prepared remarks and Q&A sections · Sentiment shading · Positive and negative filtering · Highlights and notes · Export · Investor slides · Surprise history
