Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: September 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Services. It is part of the Terms of Service. We may update it by posting a new version.

1. You agree not to

  • Break applicable law, including securities, sanctions, export, privacy, and computer-misuse laws.
  • Gain or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, warehouses, or other users' data.
  • Introduce malware or overload, disrupt, or probe the Services except through a written security engagement with us.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or systematic retrieval to build a database, product, benchmark, or training set from the Services.
  • Remove proprietary notices, reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows, or circumvent technical, contractual, or geographic controls.
  • Impersonate anyone, share credentials, or open accounts by automated or false means.
  • Use the Services to harass, defame, or infringe others' IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Represent 141 output as investment advice, as our opinion on a security, or as a substitute for your own due diligence.
  • Upload or store protected health information, passwords or other secrets, material nonpublic information, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, unlawfully obtained information, or other data that would impose HIPAA, FISMA, or similar duties on us unless we have agreed in a signed writing.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as an organization administrator provisioning seats we have sold to that organization.
  • Use the Services if we have suspended or terminated your access, or to assist anyone in doing what this policy forbids.

2. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle or geo-restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with vendors, exchanges, and law enforcement. We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Repeat infringement or severe abuse may result in permanent exclusion.
